Уважаеми г-жи/г-да,
Управителният съвет на Сдружение „Солидарна България” на основание чл. 24, ал. 2 от Устава на Сдружението свиква общо събрание на 7 февруари 2022 г. /понеделник/ от 18:30 ч. на адрес: гр. София, ул. Ангел Кънчев №2. Заседанието на Общото събрание на членовете на Сдружение „Солидарна България” ще се проведе при следния дневен ред:
1) Годишен отчет на УС;
2) Решения за бъдещи действия с хоризонт следващите две години;
3) Промени в устава;
4) Избор на УС;
5) Разни.
Общото събрание е законно, ако присъстват повече от половината от всички членове. При липса на кворум събранието се отлага с един час по-късно и се провежда на същото място и при същия дневен ред и се счита за редовно, независимо от броя на членовете, които са се явили.
